You deserve to build a better relationship with fitness, food, your body—and yourself.
What would you say if I told you that you could gain control of your health and fitness—without strict dieting, grueling fitness programs, and giving up your favorite parts of life?
I want to help you do just that.
I’m going to explain exactly what it’s like to hire me as your coach but if you’d like to just have a conversation to see if we’re a good fit then click the button below to tell me more about yourself and let’s chat!
WHY YOU’RE HERE
First, I’m glad you’re here. It’s an honor you’re considering working together. It means a lot and is something I never take for granted—so, thank you.
Now let’s cut to the chase…
You want results.
Maybe you want to lose a few pounds before your sister’s wedding in March or perhaps you just want to feel better in your own body.
Or maybe you’re here because you need to make a significant change to your health and fitness behaviors because the last time you went to the doctor they let you know your risk markers were out of control and you should be on meds.
If you’re an adult, perhaps you’ve tried to get a hold on this in the past and have failed. You’ve likely tried everything from fad diets to fancy exercise programs and haven’t found anything to stick.
You’re (rightfully) feeling frustrated that nothing has worked for you and stressed that it’s so complicated and mad at all the time and money you’ve wasted this far.
Sound about right?
Here’s what I want:
I want you to feel confident that you have the tools necessary to make fitness and nutrition easy for you to manage for the rest of your life.
I want you to be in the driver seat of your own body and know exactly how to develop skills around eating and fitness that are easy to manage.
I want you to release all of your stress, anxiety, and fear around food and your physical health to allow yourself to be more present in all other areas of your life.
I want you to look and feel your best and live your life the way you see fit.
“Before working with Steve, I had zero control and no plan to manage my health or nutrition. At all. I tried EVERYTHING—I’d lose a few pounds, get nowhere with my fitness, gain the weight back, and then fall back into old routines because it made me both physically and emotionally tired. That was my cycle.
I was worried that this was going to be another ‘Eat less, exercise more’ plan that I wouldn’t be able to stick to. It was quite the opposite. We’ve tackled my behaviors and relationship with food and exercise at my pace and working with Steve has been stress- and judgment-free.
I’ve been seeing ‘wins’ since day one and after a few months, I’m in a place where I feel like I’m in complete control and so proud of that. My biggest results have been feeling so much better about myself and my health, better moods, and more energy. Losing weight has been a nice bonus!
In the immortal words of Tina Turner, Steve is “Simply the best.” - Eric Shupin

What you get (The important part)
1. A Coach that gives a shit. (That’s me!) - By working with me, you’ll gain 100% access to ME as we work together towards a clear path for your success. That includes a weekly check-in to celebrate your wins, troubleshoot challenges, and have clear and precise next steps for what to work on. You get 24/7 access to DM, text, and email as well as as much or little accountability as you need to feel supported.
2. Nutrition coaching for REAL people - Not some cookie cutter meal plan or fad diet that doesn’t fit your lifestyle, experience level, or actual goals. We start right where you are and start chipping away at the skills and behaviors you can fit into your life right from day one. Ones that actually stick.
We cover everything from planning your own meals to knowing how much and what to eat to navigating social situations to addressing the emotional behaviors around food. Working through the full spectrum of food behavior and science will allow you to build a better relationship with food and more control of your body.
3. A customized fitness plan that doesn’t suck. - You’ll receive a new fitness regimen or training program each month that is designed to meet you where you’re at and has things you’ll actually enjoy. Whether you want to lift weights, move your body, or explore other activities in your home or at the gym, we’ll create the perfect plan for you.
4. Behaviors and knowledge that sticks. - ‘Doing’ is one thing but ‘learning’ is something that will stick with you for the rest of your life. While we work together, I’ll provide you with the appropriate materials such as quick guides, lists, and articles to help you truly understand the ‘WHAT’ and the ‘WHY’ in order to fill in any knowledge gaps in a digestible way. (pun intended)
Personally, I know I’ve done my job right when a client tells me, “I don’t need you anymore. I’ve got this!” Clients that ‘graduate’ with the appropriate knowledge become successful for life.
5. Your very own folder in Google Drive! - Not as cool as “A brand new car!" but this is a pretty sweet way to collect everything we’ll be working on together. It will be filled with the necessary materials, guides, weekly coaching notes, and a precise road map for what we’re working on and what we’ll be working on next. You’ll never be guessing about where you are and what to be working on each week to be successful.
6. Results that start on Day One. - Why wait? Rather than strictly focusing on outcome based goals, when we begin work together we’ll chip away at some low hanging fruit (more pun intended) in terms of manageable behaviors and skills. We’ll celebrate LOTS of wins along the way that will begin to snowball towards any specific results that you’re after.
7. An investment for your future. - By investing your time, energy, effort, and taking ownership of your behaviors is precisely the thing that will lead to both short and long term results. Investing in a coach who also invests in you will be the game changer and make the difference you’ve been waiting for you DESERVE!

Cost ranges from $40-$90/week depending on your goals, needs, and time commitment. To provide you with an individualized experience, pricing will vary.
If we work together, this is the first thing we discuss once I have a better idea of what you need for success. For comparison, in-person training and coaching typically starts at about $100 per session and can end up costing $400+ per month.

I certainly do offer a remote programming-only service for those who are just looking for some direction in the gym.
It includes a monthly customized training program based on your goals, experience, and exercise history as well as accountability and support.
However, if you’re looking to make serious changes to your fitness and nutrition behavior I HIGHLY recommend starting with 1on1 Coaching. -
While I don’t hand out pre-made meal plans, we will work on your planning and food prep behavior so you’ll know exactly how to plan your meals.
What most people think of as a meal plan is a list of pre-planned meals like ‘chicken and broccoli’. While this may be a healthy meal, it does little to teach people how to manage their nutrition.
The also tend to be hard to follow which can be very self-defeating.
This is a Coaching program where we will work on what to eat, how much, and proper skills around planning your meals. -
That is a great question and while I would love to give you a definitive answer, that wouldn’t be ethical.
I will say that clients tend to start creating wins for themselves around their eating behaviors almost immediately and start to feel results within days.
If you’re speaking to fat loss specifically, the average rate of loss is .5-1lb per week for most people. That number depends on many factors that are very specific to you. -
This program starts at a minimum of 3 months which is about how long I recommend sticking to any program to ensure success. Shorter than that and you’ll miss much of the benefit and not take it as seriously.
Beyond that, Coaching can be for as long as you’re receiving benefits and getting results. I’d say my average client works on nutrition goals for 6-7 months.
Many clients who begin with 1on1 coaching will then switch to remote programming only. Yup, I’m that fun.
